I had no idea how this video would do (since it had practically nothing to do with my channel's content) when I first published it over a year ago, and seeing it on the verge of 100k views is a testament to just how incredible and timeless Band of Brothers is.
Almost to the century mark!

This one was long overdue.
Personally, I think Boromir was the character Jackson adapted the best. The arc he gave Theoden is wonderful, and I do love his Aragorn, but the scene with Boromir and Aragorn in Lothlorien moves my heart in ways I cannot describe. That, and his relationship with Merry and Pippin in the films is actually somewhat fleshed out. It all culminates in an amazing character, a man who, even though he falls and fails, is one we should aspire to be like.

Which of these characters do you think Jackson adapted the best? (Not necessarily the most faithfully.)

You should read The Stormlight Archive.
You should watch Better Call Saul.
Those two aren't remotely related. I just like them.

Rings of Power is what happens when you think writing like Tolkien means using fancy metaphors and not adhering to timeless themes.

Well, I fulfilled my promise. I made a Knights of the Old Republic video. You're welcome.
Next video will be from something a tad more recent and topical.
