"Did BetterHelp partner with Israel?
No, we did not partner with Israel. We offered free therapy services to ALL those affected by the current conflict in Israel and Palestine – similar to many previous crisis relief efforts by our company.
In October of 2023, BetterHelp launched a Social Impact initiative to offer free therapy to those impacted by the events unfolding in Israel and Palestine. The government of Israel independently chose to share our initiative with its citizens via social media, but we had no contact with them and were not at all involved in their choice to announce it. Support is not limited to Israelis and applies to anyone affected by the war – wherever they are.
BetterHelp is uniquely positioned to support individuals impacted by crises like these because our platform has thousands of therapists and is entirely online. We also have a track record of initiatives like this in many different crises – including during the war in Ukraine, Hurricane Ian in Florida, the shooting at Club Q in Colorado Springs, the shooting at the Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in St. Louis, and supporting frontline healthcare workers during the Covid–19 pandemic.

In fairness it seems that they meant to do a good thing that got taken the wrong way. They also respond to other negative information about themselves here - www.betterhelp.com/your-questions-answered/#FAQ6.
I thought it would be fair for them to have their side on this matter too. From my view it seems a pretty difficult situation. From this I can see that they are genuine and because of this I think I will remained partnered with them. What are your thoughts though?

I want to say I’m sorry. I took on a sponsor who I had thought I had done enough research on. It was bought to my attention by viewers that this was not the case. I’m sorry that my latest sponsorship with BetterHelp hurt anyone. That is never ever my intention. I will no longer work with them. I will be donating the money they pay me from that video to a family in Gaza. I am always trying to learn and be a better person and I hope that this does not darken your view on me too much. It was naive of me to take on this sponsor. Thank you for those who pointed it out.

Hey all, I had a long break but slowly starting to post again. I was suffering (and still am thb) from mental health issues, but wanted to get back to creating, now I feel a bit better.
