OMG, guys LOOK!!…👀
From being featured in CNN News last year, the SUN (USA) Newspaper, contributing to a YouTube Content Creator Research Study for some of the biggest universities in the world (me…the dropout 🥹), a Magazine feature on Nounouche Online just a month ago and now my first in-studio Radio interview - shall we scream or shall we SCREAM?
As I write this I am so nervous but also in awe of how much has happened for US in such a short space of time. And I have another big-ish announcement coming soon…(it’s not the app, we launched it and you guys took over with over 500 applicants in week 1, and we’re signing so many of you in every week, it’s insane! The transformations have begun and I’ve met every single one of my clients 🥹)

But y’all know God has never played small with us so buckle up!! 🙈

I don’t want to get all emotional like I already did all week 🥹 and since we launched because the love you guys having been pouring in, from all the group chats, all my socials has been insane!!
Most of you already know, my fitness journey began back at home, with our door mat and a couple of things in the house that I used as my weights and at this time, I had 100% no idea what I was doing. I’m 19 then, no university plans because financially we couldn’t afford it and it was years before I could convince my family to allow me to pursue this…
My sister paid for my first gym membership, and I remember years spent on the couch (lol, my bed, which I was so grateful for) and I would be fighting for my life all night, every night, barely sleeping, barely eating, crying my eyes to God every single day because I felt empty, without purpose, broke, discouraged and wanted so bad for him to cut this story short…at 21
Needless to say, he kept me here. And it is for this reason I’m here today and able to say 2 years since I took the leap of faith, the words from my bsf “stop waiting on people to green-light your ideas before you execute them” ringing in my ears - I dropped out of college (I wasn’t studying for myself), and I started my fitness IG page in 2020, and my YT channel just now in 2022…
Life has been moving at some speed since. But with the growth in these years, this journey has only taught me humility, community, love and how to serve others. That’s what gets me out of bed, alongside with having an impact on the lives of those around me and being able to help out at home. I’ve been able to do more than I prayed I could, which has been kept private as that’s a whole different part of my world, but the parts I’ve openly shared with you all you’ve embraced with so much love, (cue the tears)
I love you, really I do. And when I pray I thank God for you all. So here we are, 2024, Apply Pressure Fitness App has launched 🚀 - I’m so humbled, and so grateful! And SO ready, to change so many of your lives through our personalised workouts, my customised meal plans, one on one coaching calls with all of you and so much more…
Most importantly I want you to feel good in your body, the one you’re working on and the one that’s to come. I want you to feel confident in yourself, to no longer feel like fitness is this never ending cycle of frustration, diets, detoxes, slimming teas…and all the things ultimately leading to never seeing actual results and feeling better in your body. I’m here to work on that WITH you. We’re about to take over transformation Tuesdays girls!! 😊 y’all ready to EAT!?

HAPPY 1st of the month darlings!! 💕
Firstly, we had to reschedule our meeting due to unexpected circumstances (code for fault at my place which meant I haven’t had internet for 3 days 🙃) so I’ll keep you updated on that 🤍
We’re into the second half of the year but although this may come with a little pressure, we’ve got to use it to fuel us into taking those little steps - especially for anyone feeling like they’re not where they thought they would be right now
Dig deep, get back to the *basics* 🤍
Not a special diet, not a special piece of equipment - just the basics. Get on a well thought out plan suited to your goals, take 15 minutes to plan out your meals for this week, and then execute…🫵🏾

And if you feel like you’re not, stop FEELING 😂 and believe me, you’re doing okay. Yes there’s still so much more to do, but that’s the journey 🌸
