This December's fundraiser is for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The holidays can be a tough time for a lot of people, and we'd like to have as many of you around next year as we can. The AFSP is one of the biggest leaders in providing resources and advocacy for those in need.
Last month's fundraiser for the American Kidney Fund raised $3,400 of our $2,000 initial goal. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

After less than ten days of being live, we've already hit our first milestone for the Feeding America fundraiser! Last night, we reached our initial goal of $2,000.00 to support over 200 food banks across the United States.

August is here, and with it comes a new fundraiser! The First Nations Development Institute is a national, nonprofit, Native American organization which helps to educate grassroots practitioners, steward Native lands, strengthen community institutions, and much more.
Last month saw us raising money for the Equal Justice Initiative, raising over $4,300.00 of our initial $2,000.00 goal.

Happy Pride Month! June's fundraiser will be for The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people under 25. The Trevor Project also offers advocacy resources, research consultation, and counseling.
Our last fundraiser for Doctors Without Borders raised $2,388.89 of its $5,000 goal; this goal was set significantly higher than the prior charity drives, so I have lowered the new goal in accordance with this channel's previous fundraisers. Nearly two and a half grand still isn't anything to sneeze at, though!

there's a youtube update coming out next month that will force ads on all videos from creators not in the partner program
i've already joined the partner program and explicitly disabled monetization on all of my videos because i don't want to subject you to ads. i will not now nor ever be enabling ads to run on my videos.
however, there are still cases of youtube running ads anyway and collecting the money for themselves. if you see ads being played on my videos, please let me know. i'll enable monetization for every video on this channel and funnel the funds back into the monthly fundraisers
