Hello everyone, I've been going through the comment section and a request that kept coming up was routines for flexibility. So here is the first installment in a series of classes for building flexibility. Starting with a daily routine for lower body flexibility πΒ https://youtu.be/VzmQzveY-s8
This stretching sequence includes a range of hamstring stretches and hip openers and will take your legs and hips through a full range of motion to help you build flexibility.
The sequence is guided at a slow and steady pace to help you follow along and is intended for mixed levels, including options to make some of the more challenging poses, more accessible.
