We just posted a video with @noahkagan on how he surpassed 100,000 YouTube subscribers.
It's shockingly harder than expected, but not complex. Some learnings:
- Team of 3.
- 2 to 4 vids/week.
- $500,000 spent on videos in 2020.
- Finding topics that work, repeating that video over.
- Get CTR 5% and AVD 40% - 60%
- "Do something for a very long period of time every single week."
- Spent $500,000 last year and out 72 videos. Less than 4 videos got 100K views.
