This is so surreal. Last night I was researching missing persons cases to cover on Sunday and came across a TikTok video showing P Diddy bragging about "saving a homeless girl" who was 15, and looked exactly like the age progressed photo of a girl who went missing years earlier (Ava Grace). My first thought was, it's just a conspiracy theory TikTok video and shrugged it off. I wake up this morning hearing he's been arrested, with one of the charges being human trafficking. What???

Hope our tribe is having a beautiful weekend! We just wanted to share with you all that it's a week of experiments. After experimenting with combining the use of an underwater drone with magnet fishing to find evidence in missing persons cases, we've decided to also try out YouTube's premiere feature - this means we can all watch the video together when it goes live on Thursday at 9pm Eastern US time, and we'll have an after-party to discuss our finds and other topics right after at 9:45pm. First magnet fishing expedition today. I think instead of a 1200 lb pull two sided magnet I need more like a 2000 lb pull one sided because I got so many good hits in the river and got disconnected every time. Very frustrating. Did get some pretty cool antique hand forged iron nails though. River seems full of them.
Also, thank you to the locals who parked down by the boat launch and started cheering me on...greatly appreciated your encouragement. 😎

We are planning a group hike/search this fall up into the mountains behind Beech Creek. Jen and I are looking for hiking companions who are physically capable of doing an all-day hike (12+ hours) with off-shoot searches taking place along the trail that'll likely extend the hiking time and add significantly to the physical difficulty. We need search partners who can hike uphill for 6-7 hours, potentially search (moderate) caves - no splunking but you will need flashlights.
The hike includes a potential area with snake pits so a hiking stick is important as well - although Ryan has a route that should take us around it. Please message me privately on Facebook messenger or at rdube02@gmail.com if you're interested in joining us. For safety we do need full name, age, and town of residence for a simple background check (for safety reasons). This hike will be some time in late September or early October so heat should not be an issue. Experienced outdoors people preferred but if you're physically fit enough to handle the hike, you're welcome to come. Thank you!
