Denver Overland Rental Discount with Titus Adventure Company.
You guys know I rarely work with sponsors, but this company is cool and they let me wheel one of their Toyotas making a video possible. Use āMallcrawlersā for a 15% discount on a Toyota overland rental. The reason I like this company is you just canāt rent a 4Runner, Land Cruiser, or Tundra from Enterprise and go take it on trails. These Overland Rentals can and it has ALL the overland gear you need. I only brought my suitcase (and camera gear). I wish more places offered these kind of rentals because I could go scout out trails in other places easier if I could fly there (I have flight benefits from my mom). For example, our upcoming Arizona trip next month will use two of my limited personal days just on getting there.
The video of my time with the Toyota will likely be released in October.

Iām probably gonna regret sharing this as you will see how bad I am at hosting these videos (altho I bet you guys already know), but here is a behind the scenes video of filming our second overland guide (first one filmed with a group). Matt did an interview with me around the 24 minute mark where we discuss some channel stuff. Behind the scenes with Drew, the best editor around is at the 33 minute mark. Thanks Matt for thinking we were worthy of a behind the scenes vlog. -Dewie

Some recent comments have me a bit concerned about how our videos are being used.
Please do not use our videos for a conditions report. Trails can change overnight and we have 2-3 years of trail content to edit. For instance, my engineer pass video was uploaded soon after filming, but the trail was cleared a day or so after I wheeled it. Our videos are meant to show you what a trail is like (is it worth doing? Usually yes!), how our vehicles did on the trail, notable trail features, and I try to make them entertaining so someone like my mom (who will not be able to see the trails herself) can see a beautiful slice of where we live. For conditions, I recommend TrailsOffroad where you can get great trail info with pics from usually experienced offroaders that wheeled the trail recently (user trail reviews).
With that said, Drew and Iās next edits are more recently filmed videos. I think Drewās edit will be the best video we have ever made and I think my edit may be the most useful video we have ever produced (pics from upcoming vids below). We will see. Just know Drew and I have very full time jobs (pics of us working included). These videos are probably going to be long (filmed over 4 days each, 500-750GB of footage) so it may take us a while to get them made. We work on editing as we can all the time, but we try to put out something we are proud of. So weāre not on a hiatus, weāre just editing (still filming more too).

Note: Pic of me at work was taken when we were stopped, no one was on the ground, and no safety related activities were going on.

Video this week: Iāve been struggling with my latest edit. Wanted to release it on Wednesday, but I want it to be great so itāll be released on Friday while I rework some things. Itās of Mashed Potatoes, a trail we lost in Moab, but it was absolutely incredible. Drew is almost done with his latest edit too so thatāll also get released soon.
Pictures are from our new āoverlandā guide series that we have been filming this summer. These might be our most useful guides yet. We will be filming more of these overland guides as well as some of our biggest and toughest trail guides in the next few months. Working on getting the TJ and KJ fixed up, so the JL has been working overtime this summer. See ya out on the trails!

Weāve started filming an overland guide series and my goal is to bring a diverse group of offroad campers on these trips. Which of these do you think would have the most unique overland setup?

Thank you to those that joined us for our live premiere of the Imogene video last night! My favorite part of premieres is getting to chat with yāall. Thank you all for watching our latest upload despite a very inconsistent upload schedule. My life has been pretty chaotic so I wanted to publicly thank Drew for getting that edit done. Heās definitely a stud!
Iām hoping to get at least one of my edits done soon, but Iām definitely filming more guides. We just finished filming our first overland guide and I looked at the footageā¦ itās going to be great! However, itās three days of footage, but three days of organized footage (my fellow editors, yāall feel me on that, right?).

An off-road and overland channel that wants to make the best 4x4 trail guides we can. We feature stock vehicles like Jeep Wrangler Rubicons and lightly modified non-traditional off-road vehicles like the Cherokee/Renegade Trailhawk, Volkswagen Touareg, Ford Ranger and Raptors, and many others. The host wheels a stock Jeep JL & TJ in Colorado/Utah and his stock Jeep Liberty is in Tennessee/East Coast.
This channel isnāt like the other channels so donāt expect hemis or massive builds. Reasonable builds I can afford off my paycheck, maybe. Still, we believe the driver matters here.
Trail Rides with us: To move away from announcing trail days on Facebook, weāll be setting those up through our YouTube membership page. We also offer extra videos on membership, but these are raw and require less editing than trail guides. 100% of any funds made from YouTube go back into making better videos (cameras, courses, good editors). We have regular jobs here. DewieJonesmd@gmail.com for questions.
