Make sure to boil your coffee fabric filters every now and then for a proper cleaning reset! I usually give them the TLC boil whevener the fabric filter goes from one bag of beans to another 🎒➡️💼

The filters drawdown speed really matters with the Osmotic Flow (or really any pour-over technique!).
Yesterday I brewed a cup that was horribly extracted (left) and today I used the same recipe but with a different filter (right).
The fabric filter to the right is thinner, which promotes a faster flow rate, making it more suitable for the Osmotic Flow technique.
