My unfiltered advice for those who want financial freedom is that people believe they have more time than they actually do, and they start saving or investing way too late in life. Take control of your finances, be smart, don’t flex to make it look like you made it when you haven’t. This video goes into way more detail - the sole purpose of this video is to help you take control of your finances and finally achieve financial freedom.

How I look better now in my 30s than I did in my 20s? (and most importantly, feel better too) https://youtu.be/UsLWnQAI4G4

When I first started actually paying attention to my appearance, I was already an adult. Instead of thinking it’s “too late” to change, I focused on experimenting- trying out different approaches to my hair, style and skincare. Eventually, I figured out what worked best for me. Over time, I discovered small tweaks that made a big impact, not just on how I looked but also on how I felt. This mindset of continual improvement has been a game-changer, allowing me to improve everyday.

If you’re ready to make a quick but significant change to your daily routine that will lead to you looking and feeling better, check out my latest 3-minute skincare guide: https://youtu.be/UsLWnQAI4G4

Last week in LA I went to a mind-boggling, thought-provoking dinner with ‪@BryanJohnson‬ and I had to share my experience with you here. Bryan hosted what he calls a “Don’t Die” dinner, centered around his extreme commitment to longevity (living longer and perhaps forever) and his unique perspective on life and death.

During our conversation, he explained very clearly why he believes we live in a “die culture”—a society where our habits and lifestyles are lowering our life expectancy. It’s a bold statement, but one that really got me thinking. Our daily routines, dietary choices, and overall approach to health often do actually lead to a shorter lifespan. Think of all the ads we see daily for fast food, alcohol, partying, quick dopamine release, etc.

Bryan’s message is clear: it’s time to swap out those detrimental habits for healthier ones that can not only extend our life expectancy but maybe even lead to living forever.

I’ll be honest— to me the idea of living forever sounds extreme and impossible. Then there are the cultural, social, and moral implications of this concept that we haven’t fully evaluated because, obviously, no one has come even close to achieving it. While I won’t go into all the details here, I can say that Bryan’s vision felt genuine and rooted in a sincere desire to improve our lives, rather than being a marketing gimmick or a selfish pursuit. I mean, the dude is extremely regimented and his routine is pretty damn near impossible to replicate. He turns off all artificial lights after 6pm, one red light from 7-8pm and sleeps at 8pm to wake up at 4:30am. Then he eats the same thing every single day and stops eating at 11am! He ran tests on the best time for his last meal according to sleep efficiency and after testing every hour of the day, 11am produced the best results. Like I said, he's locked in and trying to become the most efficient and optimized human on Earth.

Bryan’s commitment to "not dying" is both inspiring and... challenging. It’s a call to action for all of us to reconsider how we live our lives and to prioritize our health in ways we might not have considered before.
I walked away from that dinner with a new perspective on my own habits and a desire to implement changes that can lead to a longer, healthier life. It’s not just about living longer, but living better.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. What are some habits you think we can swap out for healthier alternatives?

How do you envision a lifestyle that defies our current “die culture”? Let’s start a conversation and support each other in making these transformative changes.

I had the same hairstyle for most of my life. I went as short as possible and threw some gel into it because I thought I had really bad hair.

One day I went to a new hairstylist and he told me I should let my hair grow. I laughed…

Me? Long hair? I don’t think so.

He went on to tell me I had nice hair but it was dry and unhealthy, and that my haircut didn’t suit my face shape. I decided to take a gamble and follow his advice.

He was right. I was wrong.

I didn’t find the best hairstyles for me until I was almost 30. Don’t make the same mistake - here are the best men’s hairstyles for 2024: https://youtu.be/ScO2l8gY-zg
