Considering my videos are so well organized (if I may say so myself) I often get requests to do a craft room tour. I think people imagine a well organized, pleasing to the eye, Martha Stewart type of a craft room, that will inspire them, elevate them to high heavens of creative inspiration and give them 20 minutes of eye candy/feast of perfectly placed little ornaments and drawers full of perfectly color-coded papers and stickers and buttons and this and that. Yet here I am. Not doing that craft room tour coz I'd probably break a leg. BUT...this kind of a craft room definitely means something cool is cooking for the next tutorial. And the one after. And the one after......... I say YES to that!

Rubbish, right? Wrong! I know I'm preaching to the choir here, BUT even us Junk Journalers consider *some* things actual JUNK. But not this thing! No, no, no, no. This is not junk, this is TREASURE (well... it can be, and it will be). Can anyone guess what my next video is about? No need to guess. We will be giving the empty milk cartons/Tetra Pak a makeover! Do you think its possible to embellish an ENTIRE journal with ONLY magazine images? No fancy stuff! No washi tapes, ephemera, printables, stickers, die cuts, stamps, stencils, fabrics, charms, flowers, bows, bling etc - none of that stuff! In my next video I will show you how you CAN in fact do that very thing, and not only that, I will also show you how you can make the final art piece (because that's what our creations are) look cohesive, elegant, and simply....stunningly.... beautiful! The photo is "behind the scenes" of how my workspace looks pretty much all the time. You don't see that in the videos, because I'm sure you've had enough of looking at your own creatively messy space, that you don't need to see mine. Are you looking forward to the upcoming video?
