Working hard on the next episode of our historical tour of Franceāthis time, we're at Versailles! Hereās a peek at my Fusion timeline in Resolve 19. A lot of people shy away from Resolve Fusion, but honestly, itās one of the most powerful VR compositing tools available that doesn't cost $1000+ per month like Nuke. I rely on it to work with pro plugins like āŖ@BorisFXcoā¬ Mocha Pro for advanced tracking and rotoscoping in VR180 (I don't gate keep knowledge - here is the tool I used: bit.ly/3DEW7tF)
The footage you see here is āŖ@CanonUSAā¬ RAW in C-Log 2, pre-colorāso yes, it looks flat. We always handle VFX first before moving on to color grading. Every visual effect in my films is crafted with care, even the ones you might not notice, all to make the immersive 180 experience as REAL as possible.
I do all my own VFX work, and trust me, each piece is packed with effects that blend seamlessly into the world we're creating. Itās a labor of love in every one of our original releases.
Sure, some can teach on the Internetābut can they also release original films and back up their words with action?

PSA. Adobe Photoshop is having massive widespread problem on Mac. Basically you CAN NOT open it š„¹ - any version!!
Here is the solution after whole day support call and reddit hole: delete ALL beta Adobe products out of your system. Beta Photoshop, beta After Effects or PR or Media Encoder. Delete your font cache and start Photoshop!
I hope this extra tip save your day or save you hours of frustration (or chance to smash your keyboard)
