Here are 3 self-help books that were so good, I read them twice

I have read 350+ books and summarized over 100 of them on my YouTube channel. 90% of them don’t deserve to be a book. They probably have 2 pages of valuable information

However, there are some books that you want to read over and over again. Here are 3 of them:

I keep coming to this book to adjust my mindset to overcome fear, negative thinking, self-doubt and build self confidence. This is not just inspiring but also a practical book.

2. Power of Now
This book is my stress reduction tool. It offers a practical approach to reducing anxiety and stress. It doesn’t just calm me down; I also learn something new about myself each time I read it

3. Untethered Soul
After reading this book for a few days, I feel like I am on clouds. It helps me to go with the flow of life instead of trying to control things and people.
I strongly believe that the world would be a better place if we all read these books.

15 books on Manifesting summarized in 1 Minute.

I have read around 15 books and taken several courses on manifesting, the subconscious mind, and spirituality.
Most books repeat these 6 things:

Step 1: Get crystal clear on the thing you want. Be extremely specific.

Step 2: Now imagine you already have it. How does it feel? Make sure you can really feel the emotion of having it now. The feeling is the most important.

Step 3: Pick an object or an image that would remind you of that feeling. Keep it in a place where you can see it every day (I had $10K fake dollars on my table all the time)

Step 4: Relax your body and quiet the mind (5 minutes of meditation will do the job). Once relaxed, visualize and feel it. Stay in that feeling for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5: Repeat the previous step daily. Ideally, in the mornings

Step 6: Trust the system. Trust that you will have it. It is not your job to know "HOW". Your job is to know WHAT you want and truly trust that you will have it.
