The people have spoken!!

JAPAN is the first trip you wanted to see a budget breakdown of - so that's what I'm gonna do!

There'll be a budget video (updated for 2024) an itinerary video (with our 1 month itinerary, a 2 week version, plus ideas for follow up trip) and then a Q&A video.

GIVE ME YOUR JAPAN QUESTIONS!!! :)

Anything you want to ask about what's it like travelling there for the first time, and I'll answer them in the Q&A video.

Africa series coming (hopefully) very soon…

Back in Canada now and after having a weekend unwinding at the lake, it’s time to get on with lots and lots of work.

My goal is to have the Africa series cut together before I fly out to Taiwan on 23rd September.

Whether I’ll achieve that goal remains to be seen.

There is a MOUNTAIN of footage to go through, and some trips cut together very easily, some take a lot of work, so we’ll see how this one goes.

It’ll either be 2 or 3 episodes. Either one per country or I’ll merge Kenya & Tanzania into one as that was a separate tour to Uganda.

All depends how it works, remember, story is king 😊

Good ol’ airport pint selfie!

About to fly out to Africa for 3 week trip through Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

Last time I was in non-northern part of Africa was the 2016 trip from Cape Town to Victoria Falls.

Super excited to be surrounded by wildlife in gorgeous settings, and at the end of the trip we’ll be trekking in the jungle to see the gorillas!! 🦍

Meeting Jaime at Doha airport and then we’ll be on the same connecting flight to Nairobi where we’ll meet the rest of the group.

I’m all up to date with my editing so will be cutting this together the minute I get back. Hopefully have it done by the time I go to Taiwan in late September 👍

South Korea trip from October ‘23!

Currently editing the film (will be one episode) hoping to have it out next Thursday, but have some other projects on the go as well so will see how we do for time.

Once this films complete I’ll just be cracking on with new stuff, including a video about moving to Canada, and will be filming the Africa trip in August.

So very soon the flood gates are about to open in terms of content! 😊
