Couple updates:
- The full Esselstyn interview should be out in a week or 2
- The clips released so far have been polarizing. A lot of supportive feedback, but also several viewers saying they found it confusing or even voting against this type of "debate" video in the future. I´ll wait to hear your feedback on the full interview and another 1 or 2 of this kind we have in the pipeline. In the end the choice of what type of content to focus on will be yours.
- I got countless requests to cover the recent study on olive oil that just came out in JAHA, I will post a review ASAP
thanks all!

Dear all, I had a fascinating conversation with Dr. Esselstyn.
1) We covered heart disease reversal, oil or no oil, low fat vs high fat, dairy, fish, the endothelium and much much more.
2) It takes some time to edit/collate reference lists/make thumbnails/etc so some lag is inevitable but we´ll try to get it out ASAP
3) Format: some viewers have complained full interviews are too long, others prefer the full length content. So we´ll release both: sections that stand on their own and the full thing as well. Order TBD
thanks!! hope you enjoy it!
