Bit of a quick update. I had hoped to have another episode of Flamingo Motel for you this evening, but I ran into some issues with my SD card that temporarily freaked me out. Anyway, the data is intact and a new SD card is on the way. π

Hello and welcome to Mid Mod Meridian! My name is Sherri. I grew up in the 1960s when life was a bit more analog but no less vivid and memorable. The tingly, hypnotic sensations of ASMR had permeated my childhood and occasionally surprised me in adulthood. Now I would love to share with you the unique sounds, colors, and patterns of that time. Come sit down with me at a midcentury kitchen table, the office, the department store, the drugstore . . . and feel the good vibrations π, the little crinkles, the tiny taps and textures.
